+86 15351994672Hard anodizing is an advanced oxidation method that can form an oxide layer with a thickness of 10-100 microns on the surface of an aluminum alloy. This oxide layer has high hardness and wear resistance, which can effectively protect the surface of aluminum alloy from the erosion of the external environment. The process of hard anodizing is to soak aluminum alloy products in an electrolyte containing sulfuric acid and oxidizing agent, and reproduce all through the electrolytic reaction to form an oxide layer on the aluminum alloy surface. Compared with ordinary oxidation, hard anodizing has the advantages of uniform oxide thickness, high hardness, good wear resistance and strong corrosion resistance. Hard anodizing is widely used in aerospace, military supplies, shipbuilding and navigation.
At present, Tianda Aluminum serves a number of customers in the fields of rail transit, aerospace, military supplies, communication equipment and so on, providing customers with satisfactory service with stable and high quality.
